Lavo Bot 2 Reservation Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Payment:
   A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required to secure one Lavo Bot 2. This amount will be applied toward the final purchase price of the product.

2. Remaining Balance:
   Once the Lavo Bot 2 is ready for delivery or pick-up, you will be notified, and the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or handover.

3. Completion and Notification:
   Upon product availability, we will contact you via the provided email or phone to finalize your order. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of notification to retain your reservation.

4. Failure to Pay Remaining Balance:
   If the remaining balance is not paid within the 14-day window, your reservation may be canceled, and the $100 reservation fee will be forfeited.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:
   The $100 reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation by the customer. However, if the product becomes unavailable or production is canceled, a full refund of the reservation fee will be provided.

6. Transfer of Reservation:
   Reservations are non-transferable without prior written approval from Lucid Bots. 

7. Contact and Updates:
   Please ensure your contact information remains up-to-date. Any delays or issues related to outdated contact details are the responsibility of the customer.
