What This Is Not
-
Not a crew replacement. Your team performs the work. Our trainer may pilot in challenging areas, but your pilots fly most of the job.
-
Not a full exterior-cleaning class. Focus is on Sherpa best practices, not rig configuration or chemical selection.
-
No “leap-frogging” experience. We’ll only accept jobs within the safe scope of your current operational abilities.
- We don’t do the cleaning for you. Our trainers do not perform the cleaning work. It is your team’s responsibility to ensure your chemical mix, rig setup, and water system are suitable for your building. The Sherpa is the application tool; the cleaning results depend on your chosen equipment and chemistry.

How Scheduling Works
-
Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
-
Quick Intake & Goals
Your rep will gather basics (job address, dates you’re considering, crew size/roles, and your objectives for the visit).
-
Site Fit Review (Pre-Bid or Pre-Visit)
We review property details (photos, map pin, building height/materials, hose/water access, power availability) to confirm fit for Sherpa and for safe training.
-
Date Hold & Confirmation
Your rep proposes available dates. Once you approve, we lock the calendar and send a brief pre-visit checklist.
-
Pre-Visit Touchpoint
Final logistics (arrival time, parking/staging, on-site contact, PPE, rig setup) and any last questions.
Weather & Airspace
If weather or airspace conditions make flying unsafe or non-compliant, your rep will work with you to adjust the plan or reschedule.
